Do you need a hug? Join us and other huggers from around the world as we spread kindness one free hug at a time. This website is a community page for the free hugs movement to share experiences, pictures, videos, events, and to participate in Global Free Hugs Day twice a year (3rd Sunday of April, 1st Saturday of October).

So it sounds fun, but you aren't sure what to do? All that is truly needed is a sign that reads free hugs and an eager person to go out and give free hugs in a public place. You will be surprised how much you get back from GIVING free hugs, so join us every six months as we embrace our diversities and spread love one hug at a time.
